The Rivers CofE Academy Trust is currently in the process of updating all policies to reflect its new governance structure. In the new structure, school improvement boards (SIBs) have been replaced by advocate roles (see governance page). Policies will be updated on a rolling programme. Arrangements for handling complaints from parents of children with special educational needs (SEN) about the support the school provides.

In the first instance, please contact the SENCO to outline your complaint. If you feel that your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily, please follow the guidance in the trust complaints policy.
