Ethos

Children are at the heart of all that we do. We strive to inspire our pupils to be lifelong learners, equipping every pupil with the skills, knowledge and mindset to succeed in the next stage of their education. We believe in fostering strengths and interests while supporting each child’s developmental needs. Through creativity, curiosity, and high expectations, we aim to help our children become responsible and successful citizens.

We pride ourselves on offering a broad, enriching curriculum for all children on the strength of our integral school values.

We are proud of our excellent team of staff, school improvement board, families and community members who support our school and the children.

Our school has a new purpose-built preschool building, open term-time for children 3 years and above. We also offer wraparound care outside of normal school hours.

We are privileged to be part of The Rivers C of E Academy Trust,  where our shared vision of delivering 'an extraordinary education for every pupil' inspires everything we do.​​​​​​ Staff and children work alongside like-minded people who understand and recognise the excellence required to ensure that all children can reach their full potential.
